Your Booking Process

Your booking process is simple and convenient.

My books are open 8 weeks in advance. This mean that appointments can be booked online up to 8 weeks from the current date. This ensures that we can offer the best possible booking options to all of our guests.

If you have an event beyond the 8 weeks please send us an email and we will be happy to accommodate you!

There are several new guest service options for you to choose from.

Please check out our services page for a description of the services that work best for you.

If you are unable to find an appointment day or time that works best for you, please add yourself to our waitlist.

It will automatically contact you when an opening comes available.

Your Experience at Pennington's 

Before

You will receive an email prior to your visit with forms to fill out and all the information you will need. 

Consult

We will have a thorough chat about your goals and feel confident with our plan before proceeding. 

​

The Shampoo

Each shampoo comes with a heated towel under your neck, a light conditioning treatment with a hot towel, a scalp and neck massage, and your choice of an eye mask, lavender spray, or arm and hand massage. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated. 

​

Be Prepared 

Please come with clean, dry hair. When covering roots it's best to be free of any product build up!

​

What to wear?

Please come with a loose fitting top and one you won't mind getting wet or stained. I do my best to avoid this but sometimes it's just inevitable. Avoid sweatshirts, turtlenecks and bulky tops.

Please bring all your hair goal pix! Don't hesitate to let me know what you are loving, desiring and trying to avoid.

The more I know the better I can serve you. 

 

Between Visits

Our goal is to send you out the door fully equipped to do your new hairstyle at home.

We will have all the tips and tricks you need as well as any product recommendations you may desire.

My Policies 

Cancel/Late and No Show Policy:

Credit Cards are required to book all appointments.

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests,

We require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us.

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice,

a $25 per service cancelled fee applies.

A no show is charged full service price.

We will do my best to work with you for emergencies.

We do understand that unexpected situations and certain scheduling mishaps are unavoidable and accidental.

Service Redo and Retail Exchange Policy: 

We strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know via email penningtonson51st@gmail.com within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue. During your redo appointment, we will specifically target the area of your concern in order to provide what was originally agreed upon during our initial consultation. If what you want to address is something different than what was originally agreed upon during the initial consult, it is considered a new service and not a redo since the original requested service was rendered. An additional service fee will apply.

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with,

We will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
